Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Timing:

• Once inspected and approved, your refund is issued back to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 1–3 business days to post to your account, but can take up to 7 days depending on your bank.
• If you purchased Onward returns coverage at checkout, your return shipping was covered.

If it's been more than 7 business days since we confirmed your return was received and you don't see the refund, please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it.
