What happens next:
- Non-custom items: We'll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Custom jerseys: We will always replace a damaged custom jersey. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll take it from there.
- Mini helmets: Damaged mini helmets are routed to 417 Helmets (our mini helmet fulfillment partner) for resolution.
The 30-day damage window applies even to items that are otherwise final sale (custom jerseys, clearance).
