Onward is our protection and returns partner. You can add it to your order at checkout for an extra layer of peace of mind.

What Onward covers:

• Package protection. If your order is lost in transit, stolen from your doorstep, or damaged on the way to you, you're covered. File a claim with Onward and we'll get you replaced or refunded.
• Returns coverage. Return shipping is covered on eligible returns — no out-of-pocket cost to ship the item back.

How to file a claim or start a return:

The portal walks you through everything: claim details, return authorization, shipping label (if applicable), and tracking.

If you didn't purchase Onward at checkout:

• You can still file a return through the portal — but return shipping is your responsibility.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit packages without Onward coverage are handled case-by-case. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Important: Mini helmets do not use the Onward portal. See "Mini helmet returns and exchanges."
