Mini helmets are fulfilled by 417 Helmets, our mini helmet partner. They follow a different return policy from the rest of our products.

417 Helmets policy for mini helmets sold on Royal Retros:

• Return window: 14 days from date of purchase
• Return authorization is required before shipping anything back
• Return shipping: paid by the customer
• Restocking fee: 20% on returns
• Exchanges: allowed between mini helmets — you can exchange for a different team, but not a different shell style

To start a return or exchange: Email [email protected] and we'll route your request to 417 Helmets. They'll respond with return authorization and instructions.
