We're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. The first step is to check what kind of item you ordered and how the lead times work.
Lead times before shipping:

| Mini helmets | 3–5 business days |
After the production or processing time above, add transit time for the shipping method you selected at checkout.
A note on Express shipping for made-to-order items: Express only speeds up transit after the item is produced. It does not shorten production time for custom jerseys, satin jackets, or basketball shorts.
If your tracking has stopped updating or your order is past the estimated date, please email [email protected] with your order number and we'll investigate.
If USPS says delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first — USPS sometimes marks packages delivered a day early. If it still doesn't turn up, email us.
