How do I submit a photo or change details for my order?Updated 2 days ago
After you've placed an order, here's how to reach us if you need to change something or submit a photo.
To change details on a custom jersey order (size, name, number, etc.):
Email [email protected] with your order number and the change you'd like, as soon as possible.
- Changes are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
- After 48 hours, the order has moved to production and can no longer be changed.
- If you need to cancel after 48 hours, a 20% restocking fee applies.
To submit a photo of a damaged or wrong product:
Please use our Returns Portal — you can upload your photo directly as part of your return or replacement request.
For a custom design idea or out-of-stock request:
Email [email protected] with photos and a short description of what you have in mind, and our team will review and get back to you.
