How do I make an exchange/return?Updated 2 days ago

For most items, returns and exchanges are handled through our Returns Portal:

How it works:

1. Click Start your return above and file your return.
2. Once approved, you'll receive a shipping label and instructions by email.
3. Ship the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return through the portal cannot be accepted.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Return shipping:

• If you purchased Onward returns coverage at checkout, return shipping is covered.
• Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions:

• Mini helmets do not use the Onward portal — see "How do I return a mini helmet?"
• Custom jerseys with a name or number are final sale and cannot be returned, but we always replace damaged jerseys.
