Custom jerseys — changes, cancellations, and lead timesUpdated 2 days ago

Lead time: Custom jerseys take 3–7 weeks to produce. The specific lead time appears on the Decoration Type screen during customization. After production, the order ships via your selected shipping method.

Changes: We can change a custom jersey order (size, name, number, etc.) within 48 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellations:

• Within 48 hours: free cancellation, full refund.
• After 48 hours: a 20% restocking fee applies.
• Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns:

• Custom jerseys with a name and/or number applied are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
• Custom jerseys ordered blank (no name or number) can be exchanged for a different size or for store credit.

Damaged or incorrect custom jerseys: We will always replace a damaged custom jersey. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
